Adding Properties

Go To Real Estate in the left menu...

And, from there click on Properties. At the middle of the screen would appear any previously entered properties. In this case, none have been entered. Click on New at the top of the screen. A new window will open.

The Properties section...

Above is the Properties section. Notice the tabs at the top. The far left tab is the general information subsection for one particular property. Start here and fill in any fields you would like. None of the fields are required. Move from the first tab to the next two tabs. They are for insertion of images.

The Image tabs...

These two tabs, Exterior Images, and Interior Images are entered by simply clicking on each image, then choosing images from your computer's hard drive. Next, click on the Expenses and Costs tab.

The Expenses and Costs area...

The Expenses and Costs area is designed for keeping up with all the misc. costs such as taxes and closing costs. A running total of expenses is kept at the bottom left. In the right column, enter your estimated repair costs and a running total is kept at the bottom right.

Comps and Financial Information...

This information is kept available for you along with any other files from your hard drive such as comp information, fair market values, loan balances, and associated taxes. Enter property descriptions and legal descriptions at the right.

Fast access to Google Maps, Mapquest and Ebay...

No need to get in and out of the program because the browsers are built into Real Estate Trader Pro. After you finish entering your information about the particular property, remember to Save your file.
