How to mail merge
Combining prospects information with pre-loaded
letter templates is done by a process called mail
merge. Go to Real Estate, Prospects. Choose the
prospect(s) you wish to compile a letter for. At
the top of the program, click on Tools, and then
Mail Merge below Tools. A new window opens.

The mail merge window makes it easy to combine
your information on each prospect with the chosen
letter template. Click Next.

Now, you choose the particular letter template
you would like to use. If you see no choices here,
it may mean that you did not create and save any.
Or, during the creation of the letter templates,
you may not have selected Prospects as the data
source. You can alway change that.
You are almost there!
Success! Click on the Finish button and an
editor will appear with all your merged letters.
Save them to your hard drive and mail them as
needed. Or, copy them to email and send them.
